Recently, automatic doors are widely used in many buildings built for living, working andproduction, because of their utility, convenience and beautiful designed. This paper presents design onreliability and intelligent control for automatic door to improve performance.Firstly, this paper presents demand analysis for the control system of automatic door. CollectivityDesign has been completed based on its control effect and performance.Secondly, this paper proposes PID control algorithm, fuzzy control algorithm, parameter self-tuningfuzzy PID algorithm and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference control, as the most important part. In thissystem, MSP430f149is chosen as the microprocessor. Program of PID algorithm has been designedand finished. On the control principle of Brushless dc motor, work of PID parameters tuning has beendone. According to the controlled system principle and fuzzy control theory, this paper providesprocess of establishing editing, observation, analysis and design of fuzzy control algorithm, parameterself-tuning fuzzy PID algorithm in fuzzy logical toolbox of MATLAB, and extracting control table.Program of these two control algorithm applied to single chip microcomputer have been completed.Based on the advantage of fuzzy theory and neural netwok, this paper presents adaptive neuro-fuzzyinference control in adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system on soft ware MATLAB. This controlalgorithm has been completed with back-propagation on fuzzy control rules and membershipparameters.Lately, due to requirement of steady and reliability of the control system performance, study onreliability design would reduce an eliminate potential weak links of products.The last part of the paper presents application of PID control algorithm, fuzzy control algorithmand parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID algorithm on MSP430f149in speed control of BLDC motor. Theexperiment results of the brushless DC motor meet the satisfactory performance effect;the parameterself-tuning fuzzy PID algorithm is chosen as the best control algorithm to finish automatic doorcontrol system which meet a satisfactory performance effect. To some extent, these algorithms andexperiment results guide the engineering practice.
