Electric power communication network is one of the most important infrastructures in power system,which can ensure the safe and stable operation of power system.The comprehensive evaluation of electric power communication network has played a key role in the construction of power system.The comprehensive evaluation can not only reflect the operation status of the network,but also can be used to guide the construction of electric power communication network.In this dissertation,the research background is firstly introduced.Then,we carry out the research on the comprehensive evaluation and topology invulnerability of power communication network.A new model to evaluate electric power communication network is proposed,and the application of attribute comprehensive evaluation is introduced,which can be used in the comprehensive evaluation of power communication network,and a new algorithm for network invulnerability is proposed.The main research content and major innovations are as follows:1.A new comprehensive evaluation model of electric power communication network is proposed.Not only the reliability but also the business support ability and network development ability are taken into consideration,which leads to a more synthetic evaluation result.2.The application of attribute comprehensive evaluation method in comprehensive evaluation is proposed.The evaluation result is given by attribute recognition,and the evaluation result is more reliable.3.A new algorithm for evaluation network invulnerability is proposed.A weighted network model for the electric power communication network is established,the weight of each edge is its bandwidth.The importance of network nodes and links are calculated through the weighted network model.
