The problem of the system construction about low software maturity and backward development ideas exist all the time because of the limit of early construction time. The evolution of information system is so fast that the technology ever advanced before can't match the new requirements of both corporation business and times especially in 21 century. It leads to many problems the most typical one of which is collision between the Continual adding of new information systems and the increasing differences in design idea and software frame among systems started in different time. This make the company has to confront more and more problems along with the increasing number of new systems and their information isolated islands.Just under such a background, the thesis provides a model which called "five layer information integration model "to integrate these information systems according the feature of tobacco industry effectively. It's based on the analysis about the corporation's business and combine advanced management ideas and historical experience. This model can make the original information islands into an interlaced and interactive network structure, and provide support to decision-making through dynamic business data sharing and processing.Through this model,we can clarify function of these systems, optimize the repetitive and redundant parts, improve the system specialty and service efficiency by integration and resource saving.
