Research And Design Of Android-based Property Management Platform

Because of the current property of residential areas, a large population, more residential facilities and other reasons, the property management has become increasingly complex, it is urgent need to use modern information technology for efficient, networking, human management. (And, with the rapid development of Internet technology and communication technology, people prefer to use portable mobile terminals (such as smart phones) for online communication and access to network resources. Based on the above reasons,the author of the study designed a property and information management system based on Android, the owners and the property management client is convenient and fast to use, so that the management efficiency of property and service quality can be improved.In this thesis, after the analysis of the demand for property management, determine the technical route which completed property business processing, Android complete support services to owners and mobile property service personnel based on cloud-based servers and PC-side B / S mode and design the property management system divided into three modules:the end of the property management, the owners of the client and the property management client. Besides, each module and the database of the system are designed. Through the study of cloud computing technology, the system uses the cloud computing technology to connect to the Internet to achieve the program, and provide the reference for the data security problem will appear. By researching J2EE platform WEB development technology, proposed a plan to achieve the property management server program based on the SSH2 framework, to ensure the system's high maintainability, portability and reusability. The security policy of Server SQL database and the backup and recovery technology are studied, then the plan to improve the security of database is given. Focus on the Android platform software development technology, starting from the system structure of the platform, studying the Android application framework, development process, the design of the property management system client system architecture diagram, the realization of the deployment and the processing technology in JSON format was givenIn a word, this thesis from theory of combined with the practice of design and research,to provide a feasible design model for the ultimate realization of property management information system ensuring the design's systematic,standardized,automated,so as to.improve the efficiency of the property management business, to improve the quality of service.At the same time, it also provides a reference and implementation solution for the realization of computer management system which is involved in the mobile terminal equipment.
