Based on the video of the detection system for the detection system, applied to the need to continue to work area. At present, there is no widespread use of public safety and commercial rights of the threat, but also for the incident to bring inconvenience. In addition,the system can also be used for the supervision of workers on the assembly line, improve the quality of products,reduce failures,etc.. Ideal of intelligent monitoring system can realize continuous no continuous real-time and reliable monitoring, and automatic analysis and understand the camera to capture the scene, when appear to undergo live sleepy, can give an alarm timely and accurately, reduce the potential safety hazard.In this paper, a video based method for the detection of off duty detection is studied. First by the gray image, image denoising, image binary method to preprocess the video surveillance, and the three inter frame difference method and the graphics morphology processing method for moving target detection, the moving target area ratio of algorithm human motion recognition, and through the experiment has made the contrastive analysis to the recognition of human proportions. Finally, the design of the alarm algorithms, including motion area ratio of the algorithm of human body recognition, on-the-job and undergo judgment, duty and drowsiness based on judgment and time alarm.In this paper,we design and implement a video based off post detection system,and test the moving target detection, off post, micro motion, and drowsiness. Through the moving target detection algorithm, the best and most suitable moving region detection algorithm is determined by contrast experiment. Through the experiment of different threshold setting, it is optimal to detect the appropriate threshold of movement, movement and shielding. And through the experiment prove off-site detection system, detection to the changing state of the people in the video that included persons on duty, with man on duty movement, with man on duty in sleep and unattended centralized common state, according to the logic to determine whether to undergo alarm or doze alarm operation.
