Terminal Monitoring System Design And Moving Target Detection Algorithm

Security defence system is the core tehnology that proctects public security in information society. It has been an important method for public security organs to impose punishment on lawless and maintain social stability. Recently, with the popularization of broad band network, evolution of the computer science,and development of image process technology , video monitoring technology has been more and more widedly used by government agencies, educational institutions, entertainment places, medical institutions, palestras, and other public areas .Firstly,this disquisition elaborates an overall design plan of surveillance system based on the construction of Chanzhou Port monitoring system .Secondly,it introduces adventages of related key technologies and their applications. Thirdly,the paper focuses on moving target detection algorithm , the subject of how to use the correlation algorithm through the way of enhanced test to improve the traditional Monitoring System.At last,the paper sums up the actual results obtained. As we know that the core of video surveillance system lies in its video and audio equipment, as a result, based on the considerations ofdiscussed key, The article will mainly discuss from this angle,while omitting special sections on the peripheral installment like the acess control system, the alarm device and so on.The disquisition includes the following aspects:First, according to the characteristics of video surveillance system, the paper compared pure simulation control system and pure digital monitoring system in image quality, image switching, reliability, latency, functional method and security. Based on the combination of Changzhou Port need and the interoperability requirements from higher authorities, it then gives a detailed description on the design and principles of the monitoring system. Second, the paper introduces the concept of moving target detection as well as current domestic and international moving target detection algorithms and their respective characteristics.Then it proposed a moving target detection algorithm acorrding to the actual condition of the project, the algorithm is integrated into the traditional security system through testing and improving.Finally, a coefficient evaluation is conducted on project design parameters and related indicators which indicates a preferable completion of the project.
