Nano-time grating sensor is developed by our own "time to measure the amount of space," the new nano-level displacement measurement instruments,which are characterized by: large range,high precision.According to the principle of time grid measurement,sensor installation deviation,structure,matrix processing and working environment changes will lead to measurement error.This constrains the further improvement of the nanometer time-gate sensor accuracy.At present,my team in the nano-time grids for the basic research is also a lack of analysis of this problem.In order to study the causes of the error and the influence of the measurement accuracy,the theoretical system of the nanometer time-gate sensor is developed to improve the measurement accuracy of the nanometer time-gate sensor,optimize the performance of the current data analysis system of nano-time-grid sensor,and improve the efficiency of the team experiment.In this paper,based on the measurement model of nanometer time-gate sensor,the error of the work of nanometer time-grid sensor in the working process is studied by means of mathematics and physics.The following work is done:According to the expression of the nanometer time-gate traveling wave,the measurement error model due to the change of the standing wave parameter is established.The amplitude of the standing wave signal is not equal,the phase is not orthogonal,and the high frequency interference The situation of the error changes.2.Optimized front-end raw signal processing circuit and FPGA digital signal processing circuit.A software system based on C # language,including real-time processing,image recognition,FFT spectrum analysis and adaptive coordinate system mapping,was developed to analyze the experiment with nano-time bar error.Through the experimental study,the stability of the improved experimental system is evaluated and the influence of various errors on the measurement accuracy is determined.If the two standing wave amplitude is not equal,a second harmonic error will be generated.If the two traveling wave time is not orthogonal will produce a fundamental and second harmonic error.If the introduction of n high frequency interference,will give the measurement error to bring a(n + 1)harmonic error.At the same time,the precision experiment is carried out,and the original error is simulated and simulated.The experimental precision is ± 0.4?m in the range of 200 mm.
