Topic-based group inventions a new grating type displacement sensor that is namedtime grating displacement sensor, which is industrialized gradually. According to limitationof the static calibration in the productive process of the time-grating angle sensor, theauthor has developed the study on dynamic measuring method supported by the NationalNatural Science Foundation. The subject meets the trend of the precision measurementtechnology development and perfects the thought of using time parameter measure spatialdisplacement. It is of great theoretical and practical significance with regard to improvingmeasurement accuracy and promoting the development of industry. The main researchcontents as follows:(1) Base on dynamic measurement theory and sensor calibration principle and method,analyzing the measuring and dynamic calibration principle of the time-grating sensor,providing theoretical basis for time grating sensor dynamic measurement system.(2) Designing for time grating sensor dynamic measurement system, according to thesensor’s signal features, designing signal processing module, which includes instrumentamplification circuit、bandpass filter circuit、nonlinear amplifying circuit and waveformconverting circuit, and data acquisition and processing module、serial communicationmodule and host computer module.(3) Determining the dynamic measurement system’s error separation model andcompensation method, which is implemented by mathematical software. Aiming at theproblem of difficult of data processing in the development procedure, using a combinedprogramming method realize calling the corresponding mathematical function in the hostcomputer to treat error data.(4) Experimental research on the dynamic measurement system, accomplishingexperimental device design、installation and adjustment. Dynamic calibrating of twotime-grating sensors whose measuring principle are different by dynamic calibratingexperiments.(5) Error Analyzing of the dynamic measurement system, summarizing the variouserror mechanism and determining error’s effect to the measuring result.In summary, based on dynamic measurement theory、error theory and the sensorcalibrating theory, combined with the principle of time grating sensor, this thesis designstime-grating sensor measurement system, determines the dynamic measurement system’s error separation model and compensation method, and does error analyze of the system.Under the research request of high precision time grating displacement sensor, thedynamic measurement system which has been designed will promote products andmarketization of time grating displace sensor.
