Communication Network Design Of Intelligent Traffic Video Surveillance System

With the continuous progress of economy and technology,the number of the motor vehicles in the world are increasing day by day.This has brought traffic congestion and traffic accidents in major cities,which not only consume a great deal of travel time,but also make the road environment suffer from great load.As an effective way to alleviate the pressure of the road,Intelligent traffic video surveillance system has been paid enough attention by the countries around the world.Video surveillance management staff can not only obtain real-time view of the road sections,junctions,high-speed entrance and other places of traffic conditions,monitoring of traffic violations throughout,and store the necessary video images,but also can view the previous video images to provide a complete image basis for traffic accident fair enforcement and the detection of criminal cases.With the development of the economy,the population gradually increase and the number of motor vehicles are also increasing.In recent years,the frequent flow of people and vehicles has brought significant pressure on traffic,which also bury a lot of hidden dangers to the management of social security.In order to improve road traffic management,operation quality and maintain social stability and harmony,local governments have adopted the positive measures of building public security video surveillance and intelligent traffic management platform which have played significant benefits in social order,traffic management and public service.In this paper,the intelligent traffic video monitoring system project as the research background,with the understanding of domestic and foreign research present situation of the intelligent traffic video monitoring system,this paper introduces the main monitoring technology in intelligent transportation system,designs and implements the communication network of intelligent traffic video monitoring system to establish efficient transport channel for the application of intelligent transportation system.
