With the advent of a new round of global technology revolution guided by information technology and new energy technologies,radio applications penetrate deeply into the industries and play a vital role.As a national resource,the orderly management of radio spectrum resources is becoming increasingly important.At the same time,the national radio management plan "Thirteen-Five",clearly put forward to build a stronger radio monitoring and management system.Therefore,strengthening the informatization construction,perfecting the integrated platform of radio monitoring and management,realizing the effective integration of various information resources,will become the important means of the scientific development of radio monitoring and management platform in the new period.In the years of radio monitoring,frequency station management and administrative law enforcement,a huge amount of data which scattered in different information systems scattered,and it had no effective use.Information systems are isolated from each other,and the data between the information systems of radio management is not effectively correlated,and the radio management intelligence is seriously inadequate.At the same time,the massive radio monitoring data collected from the monitoring stations is mostly stored in the local database,it cannot be effectively analyzed and utilized,and the problem of massive data storage is not solved well.This thesis investigated many problems existing in the current radio monitoring and management information system and on this basis,the thesis designed an integrated platform of radio monitoring and management which based on cloud architecture.The effective integration of the information systems achieved the radio monitoring data cloud storage and meet the needs of the development of radio management business very well.The main works in this thesis are as follows:(1)Completed the function design of radio monitoring and management integration platform.Through the front-line study,extensive research on the current radio information system functions and the actual needs of the staff of radio institutions,combining with the national radio management plans "Twelve-Five" and "Thirteen-Five" to complete the specific functional design.(2)Designed the technology architecture of the integrated radio monitoring and management integration platform based on cloud architecture.It can make the cloud computing be applied to the radio supervisory industry.And selected the technology of integration platform by comparing with technology architecture of the traditional radio information system.(3)Designed a hybrid cloud storage architecture which effectively solved the problem of storing and retrieving all kinds of data in the field of radio supervision.Unstructured data such as documents and pictures uses HDFS storage;business data uses MySQL storage;and massive radio monitoring data which discard traditional relational database storage mode uses HBase storage.(4)Proposed a service-oriented radio monitoring and management service system.In the field of radio supervision,it is the first time that service-oriented concept is introduced,and the interconnection between radio monitoring and radio management is realized.This paper discussed the application of service-oriented architecture in the radio supervision industry,designed the distributed service architecture based on Dubbo,an open source framework,and explained how the radio monitoring and management business are tightly combined in the service architecture.This platform can satisfy the current demand and have good expansibility,it can adapt to the new development in the future.
