We have entered the information age, and world science and technology is developing rapidly. Radio communication, with its unmatched convenience, efficiency and great potential, has been deeply fused to all aspects of the social development. The importance and urgency of radio management are growing with each passing day. At the radio management work, IT systems are not only used for daily business platform, but also greatly supporting the progress of radio management enterprise. In the new period, we need to build an IT network, which will have more reasonable layout and more complete functions. Some advanced technology will be adopted and the new network will be more stable and efficient.This paper investigates many problems, which have occurred in the construction and application of radio management IT systems. In the light of future work task, the paper puts forward the requirements and targets for new generation integrated services IT system of radio management. The author studies the structure characteristics and technical advantages of cloud computing, and searches for the common interests between cloud computing and radio management IT system. And the necessity and feasibility of constructing radio management integrated service cloud are discussed. Besides, the specific scheme of system planning, design, integration is given.For radio management, the research on one-stop IT system is still at an early stage. Cloud computing, which has broad application prospects, emerges just in nearly five years. Based on cloud computing, studying the integrated services information system of radio management has great progressiveness and prospective exploratory in the world.
