With the development of e-commerce, online trading volume increased gradually, and the security of online transactions is becoming a hot issue. Using password to ensure the security of online transactions is traditional method. Password is composed by numbers and letters. But it is easy to be vandalism, forgotten and compromised. As electronic secret key provided by the banks, it can increase the security of payment transaction to a certain extent, but it can not be used on your phone or mobile terminal. Therefore find a safe, convenient way to pay, becoming an urgent problem. This paper proposes " mobile phones platform for fingerprint payment system based on HBase". This system use fingerprint information to process user authentication. This method can solve the forgotten and disclosure issues that exist in the password. In front, this system use mobile client to collect the information of user’s fingerprint. It is convenient and fast. This article designs the cloud platform for the payment system. This cloud platform is used to provide a platform for front-end to store fingerprint information. So the process of achieve and match fingerprint data is not covered in this studyThis article designs and implements the framework of "mobile phones platform for fingerprint payment system based on HBase". According to the system requirements designed HBase storage table structure. Synchronizing the data in relational database to the HBase data center. During the process of Synchronizing, HBase data center using pre-allocating, write cache and other strategies to improve data write speed. From the final test results, HBase as a data storage center payment system is better than the relational database in write speed, storage space and query speed. At the same time, writing strategy proposed by this article improves the HBase write speed to some extend.In addition this paper improves the data placement strategy of HDFS. The Traditional data placement strategy of HDFS is copy the backup mechanism. This mechanism is widely used to ensure data reliability, but with the increasing number of copies will be cause a huge waste of storage space. Therefore, this paper proposed a strategy based on data erasure codes usder HDFS platform. This policy uses HDFS as a platform, combined with HDFS copy backup strategy and erasure code technology. By improving the original data placement policy under HDFS platform, make the Improved data placement policy can be applied to cloud HDFS file system. From the final test results, HBase as a data storage center payment system is better than the relational database in write speed, storage space and query speed...
