This paper is based on content analysis as the basic research method,"Qingdao big shrimp" and "Harbin whopping price fish" incidents as a case study.It selects the25 representative newspapers and analyses related reports within ten days,including the quantity,genre,theme,news source reports,and geographical distribution of the reports,after which the news framework is summed up.The news framework of these two events mainly includes "the frame of the tourists being cheated","the warning framework of heavy penalty","the framework of the damaged image of the city","the framework of standpoints",the framework of region",etc.The study also finds out that there seist some problems in these events reports made by traditional medias,such as position bias,one-sidedness,fragmentation,and other news framework construction problems.Therefore,this paper argues that Chinese traditional medias need to keep the objective balance of reporting in such events,make full use of various news sources,reduce reports that cater the audience,and increase local media news sensitivity. |
