The TV legal news program comes into being with the needs of the construction of legal society,which has undertaken the responsibility for popularizing the knowledge of law and fostering the legal belief since the date of its birth.And in order to better popularizing the law for the masses,the TV legal news program changes the popularizing legal propaganda means of textbook style and turns obscure legal knowledge into the story of the narrative approach,which has won audiences' hearts.As "the most professional legal program in China",with the program features of "the reasonable spirit,the rules power,and the dialectic charm" and the program expressive form of the story of the narrative approach,the program Economy and Law has consistently ranked the forefront of the channel audience ratings.This paper takes the programs of Econmics and Law in 2016 as the study object.By using the relevant knowledge of narrative symbols,the main part of the paper mainly analyze the functions and factors of linguistic symbols and non-linguistic symbols in the narrative process of the program Economy and Law and points out the role of different narrative symbols in the program.And through text analysis,case study,quantitative research methods,the paper analyzes the narrative sequence,narrative voice and narrative rhythm in the program Economy and Law and summarizes the narrative strategy used in the narration in the program:In narrative structure,the program Economy and Law taking the story of the narrative approach as its main expressive form,combining the vivid narration and legal principle,which is easier for people to better popularizing laws.By using time and time interval in the narrative rhythm and the expression way,the program makes up the plot with the ups and downs,making it more aesthetic.In the narrative voice,the program focuses on the compound focus narrative perspective and presents a diversified narrative voice,making it more authentic.Of course,there are also some disadvantages in the narration of the program Economics and Law.Through the analysis of its content,it's found out the topics are uneven,the fusion of legal principle and story is relative low,the setting of suspense is unreasonable,the narration has subjective trend and so on.The paper finally summarizes four basic narrative patterns through the program content and puts forward opinions and suggestions for the problems in the program.It could improve the narrative strategy in the program Economics and Law through the moderately performance of narrative rhythm,the balanced distribution of news content,the careful use of scene reproduction and other aspects.It is hoped that the program Economic and Laws could better serve for the construction of a legal society through these improvements.
