Problems And Improvement Measures Of Jural Function Of Chinese Legal TV Programs

After 30 years of development, China's TV legal program has experienced a great significance to the cultivation of people's legal awareness, and promote the process of China's rule of law.TV programs have made great achievements under the rule of law, have certain social influence, and this effect is still growing.Social from all walks of life has been paying close attention to and involved in the program, the whole society to form a benign interaction,is conducive to the establishment of a harmonious society.TV program in addition to spread information under the rule of law, rule of law also extends out of the rule of law supervision by public opinion, early warning and guidance of the rule of law, legal consulting services,and other functions.TV of the rule of law gradually from the perspective of different social and professional direction to look at social problems, derived from a variety of professional TV of the rule of law.Angle of these different, different professional class of the rule of law program covers almost all aspects of people's life, truly service for the masses.But at the same time, there are various problems in the TV legal program of our country.For example,too much emphasis on program of entertainment and involves to the news infringement problems.How to improve and perfect the legal function of the rule of law and news programs on TV,this is a problem need to be concerned about.This paper is to discuss the problems and shortcomings of the current TV program in China by studying the sample program,to inquiry the causes of the problem, and put forward the ways to improve the rule of law of the TV program of legal function.This study adopts the method of text analysis, case study and so on,to analyze the TV Legal represented by "today" and "stand up".From stories, report content and the form of expression in the show three aspects to analyze the problems existing in the TV program under the rule of law.This paper points out that the rule of law in TV news as a special form of news, must also have the news and legal significance, and it is the important condition of the difference between social news,entertainment news, science and technology news. Finally, This paper provide some theoretical help for the optimization of the TV program the function of rule of law.
