Research On The Construction Of Data Standand System Framework Of Health And Medical Wearable Device From The Perspective Of Ecosystem

Currently,the rapid development of the new generation of information and communication technologies,is setting off a new round of technological revolution and industrial change.As the typical representative of the combination of information technology and the health care industry,health and medical wearable device occurs.The traditional medical industry will open an era of intelligence.Meanwhile,due to the lack of management for health and medical wearable device,there are three key problems to be settled urgently:Firstly,the data of health and medical wearable device is difficult to record and express effectively in the information system because of lack of "mobile characteristics" data standards;Secondly,the existing health information standards can not ensure the real-time,continuous data transmission;Thirdly,due to the lack of interoperable standard specifications,health and medical wearable device can not connect with existing health information systems.In order to solve these problems,this study will construct the data standard system framework of health and medical wearable device from the perspective of ecosystem.To begin with,this study analysed the types of health and medical wearable device and data characteristics,and described the data ecosystem of health and medical wearable device.Around the data ecosystem,this study built a business activity reference model,analysed different stages of the data life cycle of health and medical wearable device from the perspective of data flow,and established the data metadata framework of health and medical wearable device and constructed the concept model of data of health and medical wearable device.At the base of the data ecosystem,this study put forward the data standard system framework of health and medical wearable device creatively from three dimensions:"X-life cycle","Y-business area" and "Z-standard type",and gives the corresponding standard system table.Finally,this study used the expert consultation method to verify the systematicness,scientificalness and applicability of data standard system framework,analysed the applicability of specific standards from the content and application of data standard,and carried out experiment.
