Nowadays, with the rapid growth of chronic diseases, such problems like imbalance ofmedical resources distribution, the difficult relationship between doctors and patients, as wellas other social troubles cannot be ignored. Fortunately, along with the development of scienceand technology, the products tend to be mobile and intelligent. Meanwhile, theinformatization level has been getting higher and higher. The wearable equipment and bigdata technology can alleviate the above problems effectively. This thesis will apply wearabledevice and big data to the medical and health field, which combines users’ experience todesign its processes and methods. Otherwise, some related design principles, as the reference, integrated service process and concept design to facilitate seamless communication betweendoctors and patients. In this study, wearable device is the acquisition terminal of service process. On one hand,it constantly monitors biomedical data, exercise, sleep and diet, including medicationcompliance of the patient. Then, it makes use of big data technology to analyze these datacollected from users so as to get a conclusion to provide reference for the doctor’s diagnosisor share with the patients who have similar conditions as cure experience in the future. On theother hand, in order to enhance the users’ viscosity, wearable device itself will also beprovided with data display, poor state smart reminder and emergency services, for thesefunctions result in users’ demands, in addition, the APP can let patients know their physicalconditions at any time, so they can ask the doctor for advice and help timely. This paper has apositive impact on enhancing doctor-patient trust, relieving the strain of the doctor-patientrelationship, and preventing disease progression.
