Whether in the era of big data or AI,standardized medical data is fundamental to the future medical field.Further,the standard of medical information also plays an important role in the sharing of data among the major health institutions in the region.At the request of the reform of the national medical and health system in the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the major provinces and cities have joined the construction team of the standardization of medical information one after another.In this process,there is not a scientific basis for the practical application effect of medical information standards in major provinces and cities.Based on this,it is imperative to build a testing platform for the conformity of medical information standards.Based on the deep analysis of the national medical information standards in combine with the research of the relevant software testing theory,the design and implementation of the medical information standard conformance testing platform are completed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The current international and domestic medical information standards are studied and analyzed in detail,on the basis of this,the specific test method are put forward :(1)The injection test method based on data set is developed;(2)The injection and extraction test method based on shared documents is developed;(3)The publishing and responsing test method based on interactive services is developed.(2)The basic design principles of test cases are studied in depth,at the same time complete 302 test cases.On the premise of completing the design of basic use case templates,a test case automatic generation strategy with configurable generation rules is proposed,and the advantages and disadvantages of test data generation methods in the market are analyzed.A dynamic test data generation strategy based on template library and standard library is proposed to replace the traditional manual test method.(3)Aiming at the difficult problem of data sharing among heterogeneous systems,this thesis proposes a cross-platform interactive data model based on XML and a heterogeneous system access technology based on Web Service,and proposes a distributed coordination technology based on Zookeeper for the high concurrency problem faced by the platform,the load capacity of the platform is greatly improved.(4)According to the actual business requirements of each hospital,the system architecture and the overall business process design of the platform are completed.Finally,the implementation of the whole test platform is accomplished by using JAVA language,and the functional testing of each module is also completed.
