The Design And Implemention Of Integrated Conference System Based On Internet Of Things

The traditional conference room is mainly based on meetings,but ignores the functions and applications of various additional equipment in the conference room.A modern conference room in addition to meet the traditional meeting design requirements,but also should have the effect,high quality image clear presentation,but also to be able to reflect the whole control simple and efficient meeting purpose.This paper mainly studies the network model in material,design a set of things based smart meeting room mode,the mobile phone terminal,conference system,conference room equipment effectively connected,provides an efficient conference service system.Associated with a variety of intelligent devices and conference management system under the Internet of things,using the mature smart hardware,to achieve automatic detection,automatic meeting room reservation,meeting room of panoramic display,mobile phone terminal,terminal system can realize remote conference through remote Internet,and through some network hardware implementation of conference control,session information display the meeting and panoramic video live,make the meeting more efficient and convenient.Make full use of the Internet technology,provides a reliable operating environment for the meeting,provide various choices for each enterprise participants,effective use of various resources in the conference room.provides a visual environment to access various enterprises display diversification,integration of different regions,different areas of the meeting,saving the resources of enterprises.This paper through the B/S conference system,with a variety of intelligent devices and networking advantages,realize the equipment management,appointments,meetings,conference room,feedback early warning information release,conference service,mobile phone terminal and the end of the conference management service function system.
