| With the expeditious continues development of China’s economy now adays,companies continue to increase,their quality.In the enterprise management process,contract management is gradually becoming the most important aspect.In last years,however,increasing the contracts number in front of the Chinese contract companies to meet the growing number of risks of concern to the industry.Based on Cybernetics theory,this paper analyzes the basic principles,meeting points system and operational mechanism of the risk warning trail,researches corresponding feedforward control,process control and feedback control theory.Through analyzing the risk and contract management requirements of the early warning system,after this propsed system is designed and finally developed to meet the warning and then according to the designed contract risk management.The selected system to adapt to the SOA(Service-Oriented-Architecture)framework,which is a widely used enterprise architecture,then includes the implementation of contract,contract review,contract payments,contract sales figures,warnings of risks,contract statistics,contract management,including multiple module functions,respectively Meet the user’s ability to press the appropriate connections on-line,new contracts,approvals,electronic records,money management contracts,customer management and reporting capabilities,and generation contract management.At the same time,the system is quite easy to learn and use,which can improve the efficiency of enterprise management contracts effectively during system forthputting,and finally improve the management of standardized protocols,improve management of the all-aspect levels of informationization.The system has been used in Sinopec Catalyst Company(hereinafter referred to as a ‘Company’)to cover the use of contractual model contracts for non-contractual textual management texts,in particular contracts and audits,payment contracts,contract numbers and other contract management process.Through the application of this system can be better avoided to meet the different types of companies in the implementation of the contract risk,partnership management more optimized and refined,with high value and promotion significance. |
