The staff of Quality and Safety Supervision Station in Weifang always work overburden throughout the year.The real per capita supervision covers an area of 816000 square meters,which is far more than 250000 square meters of standard requirements of Shandong province.This state exposes the problem of backwardness and low efficiency of supervision.In order to solve this problem,the Weifang Construction quality and safety supervision information platform is developed by Weifang quality and safety supervision station.The paper analyses the background of this system,and the related literatures of housing construction engineering quality and safety supervision information are reviewed.Actually,the system in this paper based on the service oriented architecture uses the programming technology of ASP.NET and the SQL database.The system is divided into four levels and two systems by loosely coupled layered approach,which include foundation support layer、data layer、service layer、application layer and security assurance system、standard specification system.This paper designs the comprehensive portal website and the functional structure of housing construction quality and safety supervision subsystem,and constructs a database for housing construction quality and safety supervision subsystem in detail.Finally,the function of quality supervision management,safety supervision management and system management are accomplished.Through test and analysis,the system can work successfully,which will play a constuctive role in improving the efficiency of housing construction engineering quality and safety supervision management.
