China's rapid economic development and continuous improvement of people's living standards and the deepening of the progress of the world economic integration make new impacts and challenges on Chinese construction industry. Accordingly, higher requirements on construction quality are also put forward. The use of construction quality supervision information system for supporting the work of construction quality control has become an important approach to raise the level of supervision quality. The tasks of the system are to analyze, inspect and manage the quality information about the construction process of the building product in real-time, to describe the character of the quality parameters in digital form in order to reflect the situation and change of the quality of construction products, and to supervise the quality of construction products according to the data obtained. For the construction industry, the control and management of the engineering quality is a vital link. Guarantee and improving the quality of the construction project is more urgent than other industries, because it has a direct impact on the safety of people's lives and property, affecting the prosperity of society and the country's economic development.At present, there is a lake of mature construction quality supervision information systems. In order to provide a simple and convenient system to help the project quality management personnel to get rid of manual stress as soon as possible, in this thesis a simple yet convenient construction quality supervision information system is devised and implemented on the basis of construction quality control theory and process as well as the use of ASP.NET and SQL Server database technology. In this thesis, the construction project quality inspection subsystem is analyzed and devised, the quality control information portal is developed based on B / S design pattern, and the quality detection data information system is also implemented. By use of software technology and network communication technology, the engineering quality control information platform with the characters like real-time and highly efficiency is constructed. It provides a powerful insurance for construction projects.
