Design And Realization Of Engineering Quality Safety And Supervision Management System In Guizhou Province

The topic is based on a industrial project from Guizhou province: "Guizhou Security and Supervision in Project Quality Management System and Decision Support Sytem is based on Data Mining".the topic aims at Guizhou province’s Construction projects not only have the features of long life cycle, large-scale, much investment, hard construction,but also have the deficiencies in limited quality supervision and management staff Etc., design and develop "the Guizhou Security and Supervision in Project Quality Management System" to realize the submit of the construction information in time and timely response on project quality issues, in order to control the construction information in time for the quality supervision and management staff. Thus, we can improve the quality of construction projects,improve the efficiency of the supervision and management,promote the improvement of the quality management standard,realize the information of supervision and management.During the system development, it mainly applies UML modeling technology,WEB GIS technology,MMS technology, digital certificate technology, database system theory and so on. The use of plenty of application opponents in the system can greatly improve the maintainability and expansibility and reduce the development circle. The UML modeling tool is used to design and develop the Guizhou Security and Supervision in Project Quality Management System includes the activity diagrams,use case diagram,and class diagram and so on, which help enhance the understanding between users and developers of the system and lay a sound foundation for the realization of system. Under the guidance of relational data base theory, concept and logical contracture design theory, it can achieve the design and optimization of system database object. According to the need of actual business and the system’s analysis and design, the main function includes system management, project registration and audit management, the process of quality control management, project start-up management, the assessment of quality, acceptance / transfer management, project safety management, laws and regulations repository, SMS working platform and so on.On the basis of the above-mentioned,the author compiles the system code at the platform.NET, realizes the information of supervision and management,the function of receiving MMS and the system does a perfect job combining the best of both module: SMS working platform and Electronic map.The system has passed the professional testing by 061 base in Guizhou province.The result shows that the system is in the stable operation, achieving the requirements of the requirements analysis phase,reaching the anticipated design object of program and having a strong practical value.
