The Design And Implementation Of Construction Engineering Quality Supervision Management System For Weifang City

With the rapid development of modern economy, the quantities of engineering construction in Weifang are more and more. In the process of engineering construction quality supervision problem has become the main problem of construction project. The process of the creation, supervision and management of the project, given by all kinds of construction engineering quality supervision management system which exists on the market at present, is not perfect. In order to solve these crucial problems, we need a more perfect and advanced system to carry out the real-time comprehensive supervision to every individual item in the process of the whole construction project.The system uses the object-oriented thought, in the unified modeling language for analysis and design tool, to do requirements analysis and system design of the related business in the process of construction engineering quality supervision. According to the characteristics of the system and users, functionally it uses multi-level function of software architecture; technologically it is based on the Spring framework of MVC and users’ interface management system architecture of UIMS, using the Java programming language, to implement various management functions making use of Hibernate and other related technical designs. In the stage of system design, from the beginning of the profile design, it first establishes the system of the technical architecture and function structure, and then in the detailed design part, this paper discusses the design strategy and database design of the static structure and dynamic structure of the system. Finally, using the interface screenshots of the system implementation and testing process, it has carried out a detailed analysis and discussion.This system has realized the Weifang construction engineering quality supervision and management functions. The main functions of Inspection station include registration application projects, the quality supervision and management, record management, the supervision and report management of different levels of regions, etc. it also has functions of basic information management of monitoring stations itself and the construction unit, construction of every user’s registration of supervisor, filing of projects and basic information and so on. The system has completed the whole quality supervision and management of the Weifang construction engineering projects from registration to completing the completion of the record, and the record of various quality supervisions. And it has achieved the workflow of the quality supervision and management of the construction project.The results of system test show that the system basically meet the requirements of the Weifang construction engineering quality supervision, and the system functions set advanced correctly reflect rapidly as a result, which greatly improve the efficiency of Weifang construction engineering quality supervision management.
