At present,the liquid crystal display has been widely used in all walks of life,and the LCD glass substrate is one of the basic part,as an indispensable production equipment for processing glass substrate glass cutting machine,cutting its precision directly affects the final quality of the product.In this paper,the design and analysis of automatic glass cutting machine.According to the demand of automatic glass cutting machine,and comprehensive consideration of the late assembly,commissioning and line work,first on the glass cutting machine for the overall program design,and focus on the optical scanning system,feeding system,work station and its supporting structure is designed,and then the feeding system of screw vice for the selection,analysis and check,followed by ADAMS on the worktable rotation and axial movement based on the dynamic simulation,the optimization design of supporting mechanism for working table based on finite element,finally through many tests on the glass cutting machine working process optimization.Later proved that the design fully meet the needs of customers,but also greatly improve the production efficiency and product yield.
