The slice component cutting machine is a kind of special equipment used for producing slice components. Its main function is to cut plate which was extended and printed into many chips with precise size and good consistency. And it is one of the key equipment used in producing slice components. As the requirement for the slice components with size 0402 and even smaller slice components are increasing, this kind of component whose structure is a minute slice requests higher precision to the slice component cutting machine, Slice component cutting equipment in our country is backward. It is important for the development of slice components industry in our country to exploit a slice component cutting machine which has high precision, high efficient and independent intellectual property rights.The general scheme of designing the slice component cutting machine was studied out firstly in this paper, under the guidance of that the cut system, temperature control system, heat elimination system, decouple system and the vacuum adsorption system of the cut plate's cutting system was designed .The parts design and the visual assemblage of the slice component cutting machine were finished with PRO/E tridimensional structure design software and then did the interference checking. Then some important structure parameters such as the mass, centroid, moment of inertia etc. of each part of the slice component cutting machine were obtained. Static analysis was done to the structure of the frame with ANSYS FEA software on the basic of tridimensional modeling, got the distortion fig. and the equivalent stress fig.; improved the shortage;Then used dynamics analysis module of ANSYS to the mode analysis on the frame, got the natural frequency of 5steps, the result of mode analysis indicate that natural frequency of frame is satisfying for the design standards; the mode analysis of the cut part was finished in order to get the natural frequency of 12steps. And the weak part that may be resonance was founded and improved logically in order to offer a good basic for the dynamic analysis in future;Finally using ANSYS/LS-DYNA FEA software , the numerical value simulation was done to the process of cutting the plate with a reamer. The logical improvement was brought forward and the phenomenon of stress concentration was deceased by weighted analysis; and I studied the different effect of different cut velocities and different life-spans of reamers, extract useful suggests to satisfying both cutting precision and cutting efficiency it will also guide the practical production.
