Personalized news service achieves the exact matching of users' needs with the specific algorithms,and provide users with personal customized functions and interesting news.A few years ago,this technology began to popular and spread fast,then it becomes the mainstream news client standard now.However,at the same time technology raises concerns.It seems that personalized news may lead to limited horizons,excessive consumption of valuable information and other risks.Based on this,this article uses qualitative research methods and treats the readers as the main objects to explore the users' acceptance to news personalized service,behavior characteristics,the usage feelings and the usage feedback.And the study pay special attention to the user's new experience and changes on the new technology.Finally,the study draws the following conclusions:(1)In terms of media acceptance,the user awareness of the news personalized service is ambiguous.With the major main news applications equipped with personalized service,it achieves the adoption of new technologies and acceptance.(2)In terms of media use,the user's usage is related to daily life.They are motivated by entertainment,and highly tolerant with personalized service defects.They are actively reserved for the choice,and use little.(3)In terms of using effect,the readers that use personalized services in the news get a higher overall satisfaction.On the other hand,the cocoon room effect and other news personalization risks do exist,but users have coping strategies.(4)News personalized service brings a new experience.News usage becomes more personal and daily.The selection and advocacy of users enhance.On the one hand it is good to take the initiative that using the media to meet the demand.On the other hand,it also faces information cocoons,digital use gap,and other greater challenges.
