The rapid development of information technology,promotes the rapid progress of network technology,especially the dense terminal networking scenarios are becoming more common.At present,the mainstream of the terminal network approach are: star networking,ring networking and bus networking.But they have different drawbacks.For these drawbacks,the thesis designs a new type of “T” Ethernet transponder based on cut-through switching and researches the dense networking technology about “T” Ethernet transponder.The networking technology can be widely used in civil,industrial control,aerospace and other fields,with great potential for development.Firstly,the thesis introduces the application background,current research status and key technologies.Secondly,a new type of conflict free bus networking and configuration management technology based on "T" Ethernet transponders are described in detail.The design idea and implementation scheme of network initialization,node number assignment and network redundancy are introduced in detail,and the corresponding protocol is designed as well.Thirdly,the structure of the "T" type Ethernet cut-through transponder is elaborated,and the design idea and implementation scheme of the three ports including the left,right and client ports are described in detail.Then,according to the design requirements,"T" Ethernet transponder circuit design,PCB design and FPGA programming are completed.Finally,the simulation analysis of "T" Ethernet transponder is carried out,and the overall system is debugged at the board level,and the problems encountered in debugging are analyzed and improved.The test results prove that the "T" Ethernet transponder is designed correctly and has good performance.The forwarding delay is only 0.93 us,and not changes with the packet length.It is much better than the forwarding delay of ordinary Ethernet transponders and has achieved the design goals.
