Research On The Clinical Rule Of Inula And Hematite Decoction Based On Data Analysis Technique

Objective:Discuss the pattern of Inula and Hematite Decoction when it is used in clinic by studying literature and data analysis,to guide medical workers to use it in clinical practice.Methods: Collect clinical cases,arrange document literature,screen medical records based on established inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and then input the data of medical records into the excel spreadsheet,create a database,use statistical software for data analysis,utilize the results to dissect clinical application rule.Results: Core symptoms of Inula and Hematite Decoction are loss of appetite,nausea and retching,chest and epigastric fullness and distress,ructation,weakness,cough up and spit phlegm,insomnia,vertigo,dry and hard shit.The common tongue nature are pale and red;The common tongue coating are white fur,thin and whitish fur,white greasy coating,yellow greasy coating and thin yellow coating;The common fur colour are white and yellow;The common coating nature are thin and greasy;The common pulse condition keywords are string pulse,slippery pulse,thready pulse;The most widely compatible drug categories are drugs for regulating QI flow,diuretics for eliminating dampness,expectorant antitussive antiasthmetics,tonic medicine,damp dispersing herbs;The flavored drugs in common use are dried tangerine or orange peel(chenpi),poria cocos(fuling),fructus aurantii immaturus(zhishi),bighead atractylodes rhizome(baizhu),radices paeoniae alba(baishao),bambusae caulis im taeniam(zhuru),mangnolia officinalis(houpo),kaki calyx(shidi),perilla frutescens seed(zisuzi),rhizoma dioscoreae hypoglaucae(bixie),scutellaria baicalensis(huangqin);The core drugs are inula flower,red ochre,panax,jujubae,licorice.Conclusion: This study reveals the general regularity of Inula andHematite Decoction in clinical application,summarizes the febrile disease spectrum,which has guiding significance for clinical application.
