Rule-based Dynamic Data Acquisition Technology And Its Application In The Published Statistics

Popularization of computer and developed network offer the powerful tool for information collection and statistics of the big range regions. Meanwhile, how to guarantee accuracy of the collected data must to be solved, secondly, with the development of the data collection's application, it also should be solved urgently to realize the dynamic modification character of data collection.In this paper, by researching the current solutions and integrating theory with practice of business logic rules' large amount and frequent changes in the data collection, basing on the division of purpose, presentation and business logic rules , we present a rules based dynamic form_described language. This form_described language not only realizes the description for the purpose and presentation layers in the common form designing solutions, but also realizes the description for the most complex business logic rules, we divide the business logic rules into transverse rules and longitudinal rules and the combination of this two kinds of rules. By rules' setting, we ce.n descript the complex transverse rules, by the other hand,we can guarantee accuracy for the data as possible as we can with the intelligence judgement by using the history data. At the same time, by the dynamic modification and re_combining of the rules, we can realize the update of the current business logic and the predictive description for the unknown business logic , so we can adapt for the changes of contents and fashions of the data collection. This solutions can be common used in the data collection field , especially in the statistics field, so it must have great future. As an example, we use it in the press statistics information system. It is proved that this solution is feasible and useful.
