Based On Apriori Of The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment On Insomnia

Objective:By mining and analyzing the treatment of insomnia with TCM which meet the standards with Association Rules,to summary the main medicine and drug laws on treatment of insomnia,in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of insomnia.Methods:Collected literature that meet the conditions on insomnia treated by traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in recent ten years,extracted data sets of the oral prescriptions,then analysed these sets with SPSS Clementine 12.0 data mining software using Apriori algorithm to establish data mining model,the minimum Support was set to 10%,and the minimum Confidence was set to 85%.At last compatibility between the drugs combination were displayed for Graphics with Web node.Results:128 treating insomnia prescriptions were extracted.There were total 137 kinds of medicine involved,the total frequency of times were 1450,44 of which frequency was used in more than 10 times,accounting for 84.62 percent of the total frequency.Thtough the analysis of the association rules to get 311 eligible rules in total,the most frequency drug appeared in all rules are liquorice,semen ziziphi spinosae and polygala tenuifolia,and they often mutual promoted between each other.The use of oyster?fossil fragments and fructus aurantii immaturus?pinellia ternatal are commonly and reliably.In all eligible rules,the medicine which have high confidence and support of rules are oyster?fossil fragments,oyster+semen ziziphi spinosae?fossil fragments,oyster+ polygonum multiflorum?fossil fragments,radix paeoniae albar+polygala tenuifolia ?semen ziziphi spinosae,angelica+polygala tenuifolia+liquorice?semen ziziphi spinosae,caulis bambusae?dried tangerine peel,caulis bambusae?pinellia ternatal,fructus aurantii immaturus?pinellia ternatal,oyster+polygala tenuifolia?fossil fragments and so on.Conclusion: By correlation analysis,the most frequency drug and drug compatibility law in the prescription can be dug out,and be used to provide methods and reference for clinical medication.
