Medication safety is directly related to the medical efficacy and safety of patients, protect patient hospital pharmacy medication has been a top priority of service quality management. The death toll is only one-seventh of the elderly have died of irrational drug use, rather than the self-heating of aging or disease [1]. Thus, based on drug safety supervision of the entire process of pharmaceutical care chain key technology research and development a top priority. This paper proposes the use of association rule mining for drug interaction data mining, association rules as a data mining an important part, can dig out potential drug interaction data and valuable related information, is conducive to clinical treatment and drug safety. Finally, the design and realization of intravenous drug interaction analysis system.Most static distribution center system, the drug simply data stored in the database, the drug is still in the data processing simple data query, modify and delete status, did not really release the potential of information technology. To solve this problem, this paper studies the use of association rules technology, design and implement intravenous drug interaction analysis system. In the paper the authors do a little work areas:(1) Introduces the concept and nature of the association rule mining and mining process; then association rules algorithm APRIORI ideas, algorithms mining process and the advantages and disadvantages were introduced, and examples of the use of the algorithm mining process were explained; last APRIORI algorithms do an improved experimental simulation results show good results.(2) Study on the concepts and definitions of drug interactions, phenotypic form and significance; then the 2009 edition of the "basic and clinical drug interactions," and the 2015 edition of "intravenous drug formulation technology" anti-infective in two books Drug data are data processing, the drug processed data are avoided in combination, can be combined with caution and combined into three categories, each of these three classes of drugs and data association rule mining, mining the relationship between the drug interactions, draw association rules, mining results were evaluated.(3) The design and implementation of intravenous drug interaction analysis system are analyzed in detail, mainly from the three parts of the system design and implementation process will be described. The first part, requirement analysis, here mainly for the use cases of business processes and systems for analysis, which orchestration contains business process analysis and character analysis; data of the second part, systems analysis, where the main function of the system data analysis, database table system entity class relationships and systems analysis; the third part, system architecture, where the main use of the system mainly those techniques were explained. Finally, the system is a function display.This article is designed and implemented intravenous drug interaction analysis system, since the feasibility of the system design and practical operation, the current system has been in the implementation of the application of a static name the top three hospitals with central Yunnan Province. After the actual period of use, the effect is a good response. Finally, based on the summary of the whole work, the design of the follow-up system, and the interaction analysis for drugs made the prospect.
