With the development of information technology, the demand of communication is increasing constantly. And wireless communication technology is becoming the fastest-growing technologies for the advantages of flexibility and convenience.Spectrum resource is the basis for the development of wireless communication technology.Under the situation of growing demand of communications, spectrum resource scarcity has become an important constraint of the development of wireless communication technology. However, according to a survey in recent years, the spectrum utilization ratio of the licensed spectrums is very low, which makes the cognitive radio technology appear.Cognitive radio spectrum sharing technology achieves the goal of improve spectrum efficiency using spectrum detection and spectrum allocation technology to access the idle licensed spectrums. In this thesis,we carry out some theoretical research and discussion on spectrum sharing technology in cognitive radio networks. In spectrum detections,we propose a joint detection algorithm based on two-dimensional correlation of time and frequency.Different from the traditional spectrum detection technology, the proposed algorithm introduces the correlations of the time and frequency.Simulation results show that the proposed joint spectrum sensing algorithm improves the detection performance and the throughput of the secondary users at the same time.In terms of spectrum allocations,we proposes a spectrum sharing algorithm based on economics theory. We introduces the payment mechanism of VCG auction,in which the secondary users need to pay to the control center according to their biddings.According to the theoritical prove and simulation, the proposed spectrum sharing algorithm makes the secondary users have no motivation to bid false values and the proposed spectrum sharing algorithm improves the spectrum utilization ratio.
