Since the concept of "Cognitive Radio(CR)" has been proposed, although it has been 20 years,it is still a key technical means to solve the important problem of imbalanced spectrum resource allocation in the development of wireless communications. In recent years, with the rapid development of wireless communication services, especially the rapid rise of 5G technology, cognitive radio,as a technology of intelligently sensing the surrounding spectrum environment, adaptively adjusting parameters, and making spectrum decisions has made a major breakthrough in multiple algorithms, such as spectrum sensing algorithms, geographic database design, and auction algorithms, and they are all aimed at sharing spectrum resources. However, traditional spectrum auction algorithms face the disadvantages of fixed auction frequency bands, single auction dimensions, and difficulty in multiplexing the same frequency band by secondary users. In order to solve the current problem, this thesis proposes a new spectrum resource sharing architecture for the auction algorithm to make up for the disadvantages of traditional spectrum auction algorithm. The main research contents and innovations are as follows:1)Combining the related functions of spectrum sensing and spectrum geographic database to assist spectrum auctions,a new system model of spectrum sensing and spectrum auction compromising is constructed, and the benefits of auctioneer are maximized by optimizing spectrum sensing time.It not only solves the problem of "pseudo-busy" of spectrum caused by deep fading and improves the spectrum utilization rate, but also introduces the penalty price for interference caused by the secondary user to the primary user, which strengthens the full protection of the primary user for the first time.Simulation results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can not only degenerate into the traditional auction algorithm when the availability of spectrum resources is determined, but also can obtain additional spectrum utilization and auction revenue under the premise of spectrum uncertainty, which solves the problem of auction band solidification.2)Aiming at the disadvantage of too few secondary users benefit once a single licensed frequency band can be used by secondary users in the cognitive network,a power auction model based on NOMA(Non-Orthogonal Multiple-Access)system is proposed, allowing multiple secondary users share the same frequency band by bidding on the transmit power of the secondary base station to achieve spectrum resource sharing.Based on the principle of green communication, through the continuous iteration between the bidding price and the obtained transmission power of secondary user, the optimal bidding price of the secondary user is sought to maximize social welfare, and at the same time, the power allocation of the secondary user is achieved.Simulation results show that our auction algorithm can converge after a certain number of iterations, and realizes that multiple secondary users reuse the same frequency band of primary user.
