Android system continues to optimize,extensive access of 4G cellular network and WIFI promotes the development of Android applications.Message push service has been widely concerned,and becomes the necessary basic features of Android APP.At present,the convenience of Android equipment is still limited by electricity and traffic.Maintaining a long connection of the message push service helps the server to push the service messages to the client in time,invalid message push and message delivery of the long connection can be the key components of its cost.How to further improve the service quality of message push is the development of message push service to deal with.This paper focuses on the measurement and analysis of message push characteristics.The general characteristics of the notified message content include the content length distribution of the single notification message of each type of Android application,the time period distribution of the notification message arrival,the type distribution of the notification message content,the number distribution of the number of push messages per day,the proportion of the types of application push notification messages and the type of notification message style is not clear.This paper establishes a measurement system composed of Android measurement APP and data collection cloud server,the Android market in a wide range of APP push message characteristics to carry out measurement,quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results conducive to the development of APP developers in the application of reference,is conducive to push service providers to further understand the status of the message push and thus provide better delivery services,is conducive to the Android market evaluation of the same type of application of the pros and cons,is conducive to APP download users to distinguish the basic experience of the same experience better APP.If the contents of the message can not reasonably match the needs of users will waste network bandwidth,the traffic and power of user equipment.Especially those who frequently push invalid message content of the corresponding APP is likely due to this bad experience was cruel uninstall,and for online shopping and other applications there is some effective information embarrassing situation.In this paper,the use of THUCTC fine granularity division of the message type,which is conducive to selectively display the contents of the message.For those who do not want to see the push of the message APP,this article enriches the Android PN push function,by disconnecting the long way to achieve the client to push the service completely shut down,and thus avoid network bandwidth,the overhead of traffic and power of user equipment.In summary,This paper construct a measurement system to measure the general characteristics of message push.This paper implements the fine granularity automatic division of the push message type,Through the AndroidPN,this paper achieves he fulfillment that the clients can complete closure of services to complete the optimization of the message push.
