Research And Implementaion Of Performance Classification And Evaluation System In Application Performance Management

With the increasing complexity of applications, the traditional software performance evaluation and monitoring methods are more and more difficult to find potential defects of applications. Since applications performance analysis has a higher professional and complexity, it is difficult to rely on simple manual judgment. In recent years, with the rise of the concept of application performance management, how to apply data mining and machine learning technologies to application performance management has become the trend of future application performance evaluation.This paper designs a classification and evaluation system for application performance classification based on the data mining algorithms.The aim of the system is to dig deeply into the internal relations of each performance attributes of application, to make effective classification analysis and significant influencing factor analysis of application performance. This system solves the problem of describing application performance profile and in-depth evaluation of application performance,and provides a basis for testers to further locate anomalies and perform optimization analysis.This paper first introduces the background knowledge and related technologies involved in the development and implementation, and investigates and explains the functions and characteristics of the existing analysis tools. By analyzing the position of the system in the whole application performance management system, the working scene and overall demand of the system are obtained. Then, this paper proposes the overall structure of the system, and expounds the key process of the system,designs the internal and external interfaces of the system. On this basis, the system is designed in detail, this paper defines the static class structure and dynamic interaction of the system, and the detailed process and algorithm design are given for the key problems. Then this paper designs the functional test cases, performs the function tests and validations. The test results show that the system meets the demand. Finally, This paper summarizes the development and design work of the system, and points out the next several major research directions.
