The Application Research Of Knowledge Mining Algorithm Based On The Teaching Data Of Student’ Evaluation

AbstractTeaching Quality is the lifeline and foundation of every university, so every college and university administrators attach great importance to the construction of teaching quality guarantee system. Among them, the main means and methods is to establish teaching quality evaluation system, and strengthen supervision of teacher’teaching ability. Now the student’evaluation of teaching online is the most methods used in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the evaluation results, it can ming the main influence factors to the teaching quality and find out the prominent problems in the teaching evaluation.It has been performed many years for student’evaluation of teaching work in Zhao Qing university, it can feedback the teaching evaluation results, and promot teachers to improve their teaching methods, it has achieved significant results in the improvement of teaching quality. But the student’evaluation of teaching data contains a lot of information, for example, the teachers’ teaching attitude, teaching methods, specifications etc. These teaching evaluation information comments on what relevance or impact between the results of teaching evaluation, In addition, whether teaching factors implied title of teachers, education background, seniority, will affect the students’ teaching ability evaluation of teachers. Teaching management departments have not conducted in-depth analysis of these information to be extracted to guide the teaching reform and practice of knowledge, this is the waste of the teaching data resource. Data mining technology can provide the feasible and effective method for solving this kind of problem.In this thesis, it has chosen the teaching evaluation data as study case about 2013-2014 the first semester of the academic year from the institute of physical education, it can excavates the affect factors of the quality of teaching by using C4.5 classification algorithm, and derives the classification rules to guide the teaching standard and predict the problems in the teaching process. So it can provide decision support for the teaching management departments, and guide teachers to carry out teaching works better,and improve their teaching quality.
