Research And Design Of CTS Report System Based On DynamicReports

With the development of information technology and its application in various fields, the reporting tools play an extremely important role in every business area and people's life. In the field of software test, the test data is a direct reflection of the software quality, and the report is a useful tool for information browsing, analysis and output of data. Thus, research and design the report system of software testing field has important practical significance.In this paper, the research and development situation of the report system at home and abroad is studied, and then the technical route of the report development based on DynamicReports is introduced. This paper also carries out a detailed needs analysis and design for the reporting system of the code test system (Code Test System, CTS). The CTS reporting system is divided into four parts: interface, bottom data storage,report display and report generation based on DynamicReports plugin. The interface part is the entrance of the report system. The data storage part is the connection of the report system and the original CTS. The report display part and report generation part are the main parts of the CTS report system. Report generation is mainly to achieve the completion of building after the implemention of the design() and createDataSource() method of DynamicReports. The main research points are shown as follows:(1) Analyze the data source of CTS report system, carry on different persistence treatment to different data source;(2) To meet the users' needs of CTS report system, it provides four basic reports: software metric report, coverage report, test case report and regression test report, and supports three export formats: word / pdf / html;(3) Support GJB438B standard "software testing instructions" and"software test report", including the generation of basic content and automatic generation of the directory and cover;In this paper,the four parts of the reporting system has been developed and implemented with CTS, and at the end of the paper, the CTS report system was tested.
