The occurrence of emergencies and natural disasters caused damage to lives and property.In order to meet the telecommunication needs in emergency situations,the International Organization for Standardization established warning message and priority call as the key technologies of public emergency system.Therefore mobile terminals support emergency telecommunication technology came into being.Protocol conformance test of public emergency system can not only improve the quality and performance of mobile terminal,but also promote the development and industrialization of emergency telecommunication technology.As a supplement to current protocol conformance test specification,protocol conformance test suite of public emergency system fit the development of emergency telecommunication technologies effectively.Meanwhile,considering domestic demand for usage scenarios,this thesis proposed special requirements for user equipment,which meet the needs of practical application,although the requirements are not emphasized in the core technology protocols.Based on the analysis of technical features of warning message and priority call,this thesis designs and implements the protocol conformance test suite for public emergency system.Firstly,this thesis summarized the main concepts of protocol conformance test,which followed by the TTCN-3 protocol conformance test model.Secondly,by analyzing the technical features of warning message and priority call,this thesis proposed requirements for two technologies respectively.In order to validate protocol conformance of user equipment,this thesis designed the conformance test method for warning message and priority call,especially for duplicate/non-duplicate warning message receiving,access control of warning message,procedure of tracking area update during cell selection/reselection and procedure of RRC connection establishment,Thirdly,according to the four parts of protocol conformance testcase,which are test initialization,test premble,test body and test postamble,this thesis implement the test suits respectively in TTCN-3,and put emphasis on the generation of SystemInformationBlockl2,Chinese warning message encoding,tracking area update signaling and RRC connection establishment signaling.In addition,the test suits were tested on test equipments after implemention in TTCN-3,based on which this thesis described the equipment and terminal joint testing.Finally,summarized this thesis and proposed future work prospects.
