In recent years, with the continuous progress of the social economy and the continuous expansion of market demand, satellite mobile communication technology has become an important research direction in the field of communication. Compared to other ways, satellite mobile communication can work in one-to-multi point communication model. However, due to the limited communication resource, reasonable access method needs not only to utilize the valuable channel resources effectively but also to ensure the service quality of various services under high-speed data transmission. So it is of great significance to study the multiple access in satellite mobile communication system. In this paper, we firstly introduce the development process and research situation of the satellite mobile communication system. Then we analyse the structure and characteristics of GEO satellite system in detail.Secondly, we have a deep research on some of traditional access methods used in domestic and foreign satellite systems and a series of follow-on protocols proposed by many experts and scholars, launching a discussion on multiple access technology of satellite mobile communication system gradually. This paper focuses on the large delay problem caused by the long distance between ground to the satellite. Combing with the development trend of future resource allocation in mobile communication, a multi-channel scene coexistence of multi access control modes is built and an allocation scheme between the random access mode of RA and DAMA is put forward. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can allocate resources effectively, and can control the overall system delay within a certain range, meanwhile, the system throughput can reach the maximum value. Compared with other proposed schemes, the proposed scheme has a better performance in delay, throughput and packet loss rate. Therefore, the proposed scheme can be adapted to the satellite communication system.
