The satellite mobile communication system has the advantages of wide coverage area,high quality of outdoor channel,strong anti-destructive,etc.,and is widely used Communication network construction,emergency response communication,military communication and other fields in remote areas.With the continuous development of the ground mobile communication standard,many research institutions at home and abroad since 2011 has carried out on the basis of the long-term evolution of LTE(Long Term Evolutio)system of a new generation of mobile satellite communication system and key technologies of extensive research.In the 12 th five-year plan,China has established the goal of establishing the experimental network of China's independent satellite LTE mobile communication system.This paper first introduces the current development of mobile satellite communication system at home and abroad,as well as the composition of satellite communication system architecture and the characteristics of the channel,analyzes the mobile satellite communication relative to the ground communication system has unique advantages,and further study of the ground system random access technology,relying on the background of the above research results,gradually opened to adapt to the mobile satellite communication system of random access technology research.Dimension in the study of this paper is based on the random access technology,from the satellite mobile communication system on the unique properties such as wide coverage,ShiYanChang,respectively for random access technology process,access to the pilot sequence before the format design and its sequence detection algorithm and threshold to determine planning the core technical problems such as a comprehensive and systematic analysis.In this study starting from the characteristic properties of mobile satellite communication technology inherent,in view of the random access of mobile satellite communication format design criteria to be optimized and supplement,build out of the detection algorithm and the threshold setting scheme,at the same time,through the use of zero padding extension method to further ensure the estimation accuracy.In addition,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the detection algorithm and the threshold setting scheme,the author of these schemes are simulated,the results show that the estimate precision of detection algorithm and threshold scheme and detection performance can reach the expected,can be applied to satellite mobile communication system.
