This paper proposes to build a family hotel business platform, so that users can not only to book family houses, but also be free to release family houses on the platform. This paper compares the domestic and foreign well-known short-term rental platform, summed up the family hotel platform facing two major problems: the fairness of users and recommend high-quality housing, these two problems are contradictory, this paper applying the improved recommendation algorithm on the platform to solve this key problem.The research of this paper is a family hotel business platform, the structure of this platform is B/S, backend uses Django framework which based on MTV to develop, uses MySQL database which is free and open-source, uses bootstrap and j Query front-end framework. The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all, for the user fairness and the recommendation of high-quality housing this contradiction on the platform, this paper first analyze the current mainstream recommendation algorithm, and then combined with the platform, proposes to add the distance weights on the basis of the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on the items, and through experiments to prove that the improved recommendation algorithm can solve the problem of the platform.Secondly, through the detailed requirements analysis and technical research, this paper completes the overall architecture of the platform design and detailed functional module design and database design, and finally realizes the complete function module of the family hotel business platform: register, login, search houses, release houses, review,recommendation, message, order.The difference of the technology between this family hotel platform with others in this paper is: Applied the improved recommended algorithm to this platform to solve the contradictory problem of user fairness and recommend high-quality houses, when recommending high-quality houses to the tenant can also take care of each room exposure, greatly improved the whole user experience; Construct a new web framework based on Django, add into the ajax features, and through package ajax, improve the performance of the web platform; On the basis of WebSocket technology,a real-time and reliable user communication is realized by adding message queues. And through functional testing and performance testing to prove that the platform can operate stably.
