| With the development of science and technology progress of society, people are increasingly fast pace, how to communicate and collaborate effectively becoming an important issue. Using traditional methods, people will use the calendar, notepad, notes, whiteboard and other recording work arrangements, such as tips to-do. But the inherent disadvantage of such approach greatly limits the scope of its use and effectiveness. And in today’s highly developed information technology to make computer software more and more applied to the management, the system provides a schedule for this collaboration platform to manage and collaborate on personal schedules and team schedules, communication and saves time and improve work efficiency.The system implements a series of functions, divided into four modules:the landing module, individual modules, the team module and a short message module. Users can manage their personal schedules, create a team, join a team; management team created to invite members to join, add team schedule according to the time of members’schedule, etc.; along with messages and other features to facilitate internal communications in teams. In this paper, the schedule collaborative systems development process needs analysis, outline design, detailed design, system implementation and system testing various stages for a more detailed description and discussion, and the detailed design and implementation of each module focuses conducted.The paper uses the Python-based Django web framework, the platform built with simple, safe, and good portability. To ensure the accuracy of the system, we use black-box testing to test a variety of input conditions. The system is stable, to meet the needs of the user schedule collaboration. |
