Research On Psychological Consultation Decision Method Based On CBR

Case-based reasoning (CBR) , which main idea is to use the past experience to guide current event decision. However, because of the diversity of psychological problems,semantic ambiguity exists during the process of case comprehension and expression.Ontology is a shared conceptual model of explicit formal specification. Its strict rules of grammar, consistency knowledge representation make it achieve a common understanding in the field of knowledge. So it is an important tool to solve the semantic conflict. The main contents of this paper include the use of ontology technology to build psychological ontology structure according to the characteristics of psychology, and implemented the case representation.And this paper also presents a comprehensive weighted case similarity algorithm which based on ontology to achieve the case retrieval during the process of psychological counseling. Finally we developed a psychological decision-making system based on CBR. The innovation of this thesis embodied in:1. Build the psychological consulting domain ontology model. According to the psychological consulting domain knowledge,and through the expansion of ABC ontology model to build a psychological consulting domain ontology model which based on case-based reasoning, to achieved the common understanding of the domain knowledge of psychological counseling and the representation of case knowledge, and solved the problem of semantic ambiguity.2. The comprehensive weighted algorithm based on on ontology was proposed.Comprehensively considered every case attributes, using different attribute similarity calculation method, and calculate the case similarity according to the weighted to the importance of the attributes,this paper proposed the comprehensive weighted algorithm based on on ontology to achieve the case retrieval.3. Developed the psychological consulting system based on case-based reasoning. By the comprehensive weighted algorithm based on ontology as the core, developed the psychological consulting system based on case-based reasoning, and the experimental results show that this system can meet the needs of the psychological counseling.
