Public network is used to meet the daily needs of the public,but in some industries or fields,they command and control their services just by themselves,so they need special network each other for their services,Power industry of China has 230MHz discrete band resource,but the traditional 230MHz digital radio transmission rate is not high,the band utilization rate is low[1-2],so it can't meet the current and future needs.TD-LTE can use carrier aggregation technology to improve resource utilization bands,so it can be the choose plan of electric 230MHz frequency network.Distribution and using power service is important service of the electricity industry,the situation of distribution and using power service under TD-LTE230MHz network is important reference for electronic private network.,and capacity simulation can get the situation of the network bearing the service.The specific work of this paper consists of three parts:(1)Analyze the features of power private network service data transmission,summarize the basic knowledge of TD-LTE system,the key technologies of TD-LTE.(2)Design the TD-LTE capacity simulation procedure by Monte Carlo thought,describe the overall simulation process and six important methods,including linkloss calculation,access and power control,resource scheduling algorithm,interference calculation,throughput calculation and analyze the time complexity of each calculation steps.(3)Establish the service traffic model of distribution and using power service,use Visual Studio 2008 development tools and C#encoding to achieve the TD-LTE capacity simulation software funcution module,describe the software architecture,interface,relationship of each classes and function of service model in detail.Then verify service traffic model of distribution and using power service feasibility through simulation case.Make power private network plans of some parts of JiangMen City,then get the bearing capacity of this network plans through simulation.
