An increasing number of data centers, machine rooms and communication equipment room are being built. Every year, they will add a branch of new devices, including servers, UPS, switching power system and air condition. The electrical power system is being overloaded. Machine room's load capacity, room space and cabinet space is under great challenge. Engine room always lack of maintenance. The cost of management and maintenance start to rise, because of the aging of equipment. Most importantly, risk is increasing. The risk is coming from devices fault and electrical supply. The machine room power distribution system is an infrastructure for all electrical devices. After years of expansion or increasing power distribution system overload, or power distribution solution was configured in unstable situation, it is main risk for electrical device and machine room maintenance. What is needed in such cases is a power distribution management and waring analysis system. Which can build a whole power distribution system topological graph, to analyses power distribution path, load capacity and tendency, to show power supply information for each electrical devices. The system use data visualization technical to show machine room power distribution path, real time data from devices, including voltage, current and device status. Also, the system can analyses power distribution capacity from every path, and to determine device load capacity status and total tendency. This paper research large data center power distribution system data model, electrical capacity analysis and electrical data visualization. Using modern software engineering concepts to build an electrical capacity early-warning system. Analysis machine room power distribution system requirements, software system design, implementation, testing and deploy a complete system. This software system application developed by Flex framework, a B/S architecture system. Using flash showing technology, to build a power distribution technology graph, including transformer, distribution Cabinet, UPS, and switch power, and battery, air conditioning etc. System can gather real time data from device through a monitoring device, using power supply model, adding real time data, to analysis system model, including static and dynamic analysis, and implement an electrical early-warning system. This paper is based on the specific characteristics of various types of electrical equipment modeling, abstract a General Electric model. Common models include power distribution group and appearance properties. Distribution group has multiple electrical interfaces, every interface including input, output, and electrical property. Each specific models inherit from a common model, and define certain electrical characteristics. All models through a special cable model links validated by real environment. This paper discusses electrical models which use real electrical character to model, using model to calculate electrical capacity and generate calculation results with the actual run data. This paper can be effectively simplified room the complexity of electrical systems, combined with knowledge in the engineering systems through modeling, simplifies the process of calculation of electrical system. Through test data show that the method can be used in real-time computing environment. Which can quickly analyses the power capacity of early warning of machine room. Using data model simplified the computation of capacity simulation. Simulation computation can reach a quasi-real-time level. Software engineering approach of this paper combines the knowledge of engineering, addition the rational computation model. This method can simplified system design and improve electrical path capacity calculation, and also have a good reference value.
