Since the 21st century,with the development of social and economic,the applications based on map service started to appear,and exerted profound impact on all areas of our daily life.On one hand,the impacts include searching the destination and calculating a suitable route for navigation;while on the other hand,the impacts include the transportation of materials,rescuing for emergencies as well as the drill for modern military.Especially in recent years,the modern information technologies that including the Internet of Things technology and moblie internet technology boost the location services to industrialization and socialization.Since China vigorously promoting the construction and development of urbanization,a large number of huge buildings emerged.People spend more and more time on indoor activities.Therefore,the traditional outdoor map services can not be able to meet the people's sophisticated and diverse needs.So that the indoor location-based information services have been emerged.Based on the background described above,firstly we make a research and analysis on indoor location information services and introduce a new technology for indoor location information services which is called iBeacon.Secondly,we conduct a demand analysis on indoor location information service platform and design the architecture of the platform.We divided the platform into three modules:iBeacon management,geo-fencing service,as well as the opening API.We also design corresponding database to store related information.Then,we design and implement the iBeacon management system on the base of Spring and Mybatis framework.Next,we make a research on the geo-fencing service and accomplish the implement of geo-fencing service which based on iBeacon.Aiming at the problem of coverage holes and covering redundancy between iBeacon nodes,we proposed an algorithm to detect the coverage hole and an optimal iBeacon selection algorithm.Finally,we design and accomplish the Opening API,which provides indoor information services and allows other developers to take the advantage of our services in their development.After the completion of the entire service platform,we do a functional and performance test.The test results show that each module is able to provide the right services.In the case of high concurrency,the system still can respond quickly and has a good performance.Now the platform works well and the services provided by the platform can help companys to seize the market of location information service.At the same time,the platform has been arracted many enterprises to participate in cooperation,achieving the goal of mutual benefit.
