With the progress of mobile communication method and internet method,more and more people pay attention to location-based services,and increase demand for it gradually.Such as,vehicle tracking,location querying,children positioning,and so on.For outdoor location,it can be achieved through the global positioning system(GPS).However,due to the signal shielding by the building,indoor GPS signal is very weak.So GPS signal is not suit for indoor positioning.In addition,current in-door positioning methods often need to bind sensors to waists or feet to achieve a higher positioning accuracy,which will limit their practicability.So,in order to pro-vide the reliable indoor positioning methods to users,based on existing mature indoor location technology,this paper proposes a pedestrian indoor positioning method(iBeacon_PDR)that combined Pedestrian Dead Reckoning(PDR)with particle filter method to auxiliary correction and positioning by using intelligent mobile terminal equipments.A positioning system based on the positioning method was designed and implemented and the following aspects are mainly studied in the paper:First,this paper studies the PDR based on the embedded sensor of intelligent mo-bile terminals,and three key problems are as following:step recognization,step length and direction estimation.In order to solve the problem of tradition methods that using acceleration for the two time points to calculate the pedestrian position me-thod will quickly accumulate over time and cannot achieve the accuracy of the posi-tioning accuracy requirements,this paper pretreatment and feature extraction of the three axis acceleration data obtained from the acceleration sensor are carried out to establish a step mode for the detection on body step number with the help of the cha-racteristics of pedestrian walking,and realizes the dynamic adjustment of pedestrian step size by using directional sensors to get the course of pedestrians,with the help of the iBeacon base station.Secondly,this paper proposes a method iBeacon PDR based on particle filter for sparse correction so as to solve two problems:with the increase of distance PDR me-thod will produce cumulative error,and absolute position correction based on iBeacon technology requires the deployment of a large number of iBeacon base stations.Fur-thermore,this paper determines the propagation loss model suitable for indoor envi-ronment by studying the RSSI and the distance of the transmission of the Bluetooth signal transmitted from the iBeacon base station.Finally,we build an Android development environment,the module planning and program development system,to achieve a set of Android based indoor location sys-ten platform.The system was tested in the real scene,the paper compared from system performance from the pedometer accuracy;dynamic adjustment step,positioning track correlation respectively,the effectiveness and the feasibility of the algo-rithm proposed in this paper are proved by the experiment.
