Internet applications now are more concerned about text?picture and video message.Because of the Internet boom and the rapid development of its own,a variety of applications and hardwares which have nothing to do with address,but content-related are emerging.The shortcomings of the original Internet communication architecture based on TCP/IP protocol are exposed gradually.With the US Natural Science Foundation support,Professor Zhang Lixia proposed a new network architecture called NDN(Named-Data Networking)or CCN(Content-Centric Networks)base on the existing Internet architecture of ICN(Information-Centric Networking).This paper introduces the existing international network projects of ICN and also analyzes the existing infrastructure and communication mechanisms of CCN(Content-Centric Networks).By analyzing.the existing architecture and routing mechanism of NDNlive and NDN-RTC broadcast applications,we can figure out the functions of the ICN network video applications and they are more concerned about ensuring the fluency of video.Finally,we optimize the routing policy in multiple forwarding routers based on Ford Fulkerson maximum flow algorithm.The proposed policy is based on Ford&Fulkerson maximum flow algorithm.Through sending probe interest packets from consumer and returning probe data packets by producer in advance and periodically,we tag the ports of routers along the routes by the statistics of tagging interestpackets from consumers to set the most suitable transmission flow amount for every face of multiplexing routers.The Interest packets and the data packets are one to one in NDN network.To control the rate of returning data packets and improve users' experience,we calculate the transmission rate ratio for each port of the router when they multiplexing interest packets.So we can.transmit data packet at a maximum rate based on the overall condition of the network,improve the rate of received data packets back to users,maximize the overall utilization of the network and can achieve the purpose of network communicating rate adaptive.
