Design And Implementation Of House Management System Based On Converse 3D

When there are more and more digitalization application in differentindustries and areas,people's demands on new things cannot be satisfied anymore with only simple text introduction and language interpretation,while through the virtual environment,the immersive feel can be achieved.Under such a demand,the application of 3D virtual campus is appeared in digitalization construction of colleges and universities.The management of the existing property of Henan Agricultural University is the tedious work with huge data.Especially the campus of culture road,there are different use situations and purposes for each property,and the use situations for each layer of every building are also different.Moreover,the housing iterative update is fast with long history,and the traditional property is managed through relying on data form and documentary records,which wastes a lot of manpower and financial resources.The existing public houses of Henan Agricultural University need a unified management maintenance platform,a visual,convenient and automatic public house management system.This system is mainly applied for the management and planning of houses of campus of culture road in Henan Agricultural University.The development of house management system of Henan Agricultural University can relieve working pressure of the relevant staff in college,the house use information can be managed systematically,and meanwhile,the labor force is reduced,which improves query efficiency and strengthens house management.The house management system mainly includes house information maintenance,house management,query exhibition,and statement analysis and statistics.This system lays emphasis on developing a house management system which makes users immersive.It is innovative to add the function of roaming virtual campus based on house management.All of there facilitate users to query the probable position and appearance image of buildings in the campus and to understand the layout of each building.While the traditional house management system can only show users with some icons and text information.In the R&D process of the system,the systematic data collection and classifying are conducted.The plane information graph is drawn with CAD software,the virtualmodel is constructed for the realistic buildings with 3D Max software,and moreover,the virtual reality is constructed through introducing the building models into Converse 3D.At last,the existing data and models are introduced into the backend database of the website,and therefore,house management system of Henan Agricultural University integrating retrieval and query is completed.This paper is mainly introduced from the aspects including three softwares used in system development and data collection and analysis.
